Unprepared when it came down to the end, waited 3 years before interviewing the police officer from the accident, they didn’t even know who we were suing until the day of mediation, told me I did great after during the deposition and then said it was weak during mediation. My wife and I both walked out after mediation and felt like they were working for the other lady.
