Had one excellent experience and several where they weren’t able to actually come through and help.

I was very impressed with the help I received here. They were very quick to respond to my case and came up with a great solution to my legal problem.

Applied for help twice for sane problem. They denied me once and helped me once. If u call sending a letter helping me. But that's how it works I guess.

Hard to talk to a real person set times set days set everything

I was recently in need of legal assistance & because my ex (they wouldn't state it was him bc of confidently, however stated another party to the case)had used this place in the past, they were unable to help citing "conflict of interest". I can totally understand & respect that if weren't for the fact that I know nothing my ex reports is the truth & most likely was able to obtain assistance because of not reporting true financial statements. Also my understanding was that this is a "group" of individuals, therefore no reason the same person would even be addressing my need.

Good luck trying to get a lawyer to help you! Expecially for custody. Government funding is so poor and the limits the upper people made for this place is just terrible. Short staffed. Had better luck while the clinic was taking applications for license and expungements then for family court. Even a referral dont help. Is what it is!

In the last 13 months I have needed and been given their assistance in 4 court cases. Attorney Chris Merkle is awesome in the courtroom and professional at all times. Can't say enough good things about everybody working there, as I'm sure they all have impacted my cases for the better, even if only in a small way.

Very good staff, you have to qualify to get help with their income based service.
They need to have more staff of attorneys to be able to serve everyone needs help.

The never call me when I need them to for help.
