Legal malpractice is the term for negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, or breach of contract by an attorney during the provision of legal services that causes harm to a client.
Submitted some paperwork with a typo so now me and my ex have to go back to court to straight out his typo! Doesnt get back to either one of us and his secretary is rude. Would not recommend at all i have sumbitted a complaint with the iowa bars.

I wouldn’t listen to any of the bad reviews, Dave Foster is one of a kind. He is very knowledgeable, diligent and a wonderful, nice person. If you need a very good attorney and one with a pleasant personality and only looks out for his client, this is who you NEED to turn to. They always return calls and emails, that was never an issue! He was recommended to me by several other attorneys and they told me he is the best at what he does!! That should tell you a lot right there!

Very unprofessional service. Ive been calling for a whole week and never is there or never can answer the calls.. i dont need no more then 5 minutes just to get 2 answers the Secretary never know anything and always give wrong information out.. and they say ill let know .. he pay for services there arent giving anything out so unprofessional...

This is for Christopher Foster. I scheduled an appointment with him for immigration questions. He was totally unprepared, he kept checking the government website to answer my questions. He told me things that were not true and I had to contradict him. I paid $150 for an hour of consultation at the end of which he told me to call him for any other questions. Well, I left with even more questions than when I entered his office. I tried to call him for three weeks after, he was never in the office according to his secretary. He never called me back. I sent him an email and he never replied. The only email I received back was to tell me how much he would charge me for his services. The amount written was tripled the price he told me in the office. Does he know what he is doing? I am very disappointed!
