Horrible and rude secretary and administrative front office. Time for a appointment was at 2:30pm, I received a phone call on the day of the appointment at 10:50 am to notify me of a appointment at 11am. Advised Veronica (someone who works the front office) that the time was suppose to be at 2:30pm that day. ABSOLUTELY no responsibility for the mistake, no curtesy for my time, no compromise for another time it’s either you make it or you don’t. Had to drop what I was in the middle of just to go and made it about 25 minutes after 11. I waited in the waiting room until 11:40 just to be told the “lawyer is booked solid today, and he can’t see until a later date”. Whole day ruined, never seen an attorney, and now looking for someone else. Find someone with a better staff.

They are upfront and honest with you they might not say what you want to hear at times but it's always the truth! They know the law like the back of their hand! Dennis and his staff were GREAT! Had an issue of harassment, a while back. The front office staff treated me very kindly. When it came to Dennis, he was sympathetic to my situation. My 2 yr old son had slipped and fell on Ice durin winter because of my landlords negligence in salting the sidewalks...he had a concussion. Originally we werny gonna go after them for pain and suffering. Landlord tried not payin the medical bills... So we went for pain and suffering . Got my son what he deserved...

I was charged with a serious offense that could have destroyed my future. I was contacted right off the bat by attorney Michael Galvin who offered to help me in my situation. Mike made it seem like I wasnt even in trouble with the handling of my case, meaning he handled all the litigation, negotiating, etc and also everytime I had a court appearance (once a month) I was in there for about 5 minutes and even felt like we skipped the line at times. He made his expectations of the resolution of the case clear from the very start, and delivered EXACTLY what he said he was going to do and made it happen without me having to do anything at all (other than pay the man of course). Thanks to his efforts, my future is back on track, I was able to savor my current job and also was able to keep a job offer from somebody else as well and remain a productive member of society.

The place is very professional and is always kept clean. They have their own translators there and that makes it easy for people who don't speak much English to communicate.
