The staff were all very courteous and so helpful!! But Nancy was compassionate... caring about my situation and feelings! I can not thank her enough for her guidance and support !!!

I will not go back to the Law Firm again for anything. I'm very much dislike the service and all. And I'm not saying Buckrop. Hes help several of my friends and they are happy. I requested for Buckrop but ended up on the short end of the stick. Watch who u get. That's all.

Our bankruptcy has been discharged for 2 years but I just recently needed some advice on some follow up questions. Originally, John Vandevelde was very nice and personable when he helped us and he never did have any problems answering a few follow up questions by email. But I would have to say the biggest reason for my 5 star rating was his support staff. Knowing how busy the lawyers usually were I sent almost all of my questions, including my follow up questions after 2 years of my bankruptcy being done, to support staff, and not only was the support staff always able to answer my questions, it was usually done within a reasonable amount of time, or an explanation was always included for the late response. This is great customer service if you ask me and I would highly recommend this firm with the experience I had.
