John Simmons sells dream and doesn't follow through with what he says. Didn't follow through with what he says and got to deposition and everything was different settled for just a little over bills and then when check came out I ended up screwed having to pay some bills out of pocket. Also would never return any phone calls

You're not very nice and relaxing

You guys were very good but very slow and you guys need to improve on keeping in contact with your clients because we're the ones I have to pay you money also for our settlement not very good at keeping contact with your clients otherwise you guys did a good job. It took a long time for me to get my money like almost a year-and-a-half

My sister and nephew needed some much-needed legal help from accident that well documented and someone that would be on their side and stand up to big insurance lawyer guys. But instead she got blind-sided and low-ball offer and a lawyer that sounded like he was on the other guys team. Poor communication or understanding of what her case was and all their years of pain and suffering swept under the rug It was like going to a Cost Cutters of Lawyers quick and crappy.

I called a couple months ago and had to leave my name, phone number, and that it's about a medical malpractice suit. I got a call back from a man that was mean, rude, and made me feel like I was crap on the ground. I have never in my life needed a lawyer for anything, so I had no idea how these things work. It was a terrible experience and I'll be sure not to ever call Hupy and Abraham-Davenport or any location ever again!!!

About three years ago I was in a car accident, that wasn't my fault with a semi truck in town. I walked away with two injuries to my lower back and I had a tooth get knocked out on the impact of the accident. My vehicle was totaled, and the semi truck drivers insurance company only paid what the car was worth and left me $7000 upside down on a loan. I thought I was being treated unfairly, I had tons of doctor bills that were piling up, I couldn't work due to my back injury and I literally felt like I was hopeless. One night when I was watching TV, I seen the ad for Hupy and Abraham, the thing that stuck out to me the most was that I wouldn't have to pay anything if they didn't win my case, so I was like what the hell why not give it a shot and see what happen, little did I know I actually had a very good case, not a case that would bring me a lot of money, but there's a shot of getting something for my pain and suffering. For two years when I was going through prolonged treatment for my injuries, Hupy and Abraham and it's employees constantly kept in contact with me and my doctors, collecting information and medical documents for my case, they never left me unknowing what was going on. I did my part and they did theirs. After two years it came time to settle my case, I didn't think I would really get more than a couple thousand dollars, but I actually ended up getting 16,000, this money to help me pay the upside down loan on my car and pay up my medical bills with some leftover to rebuild my life. The best part about it is I never had to leave my house to go to any courts. They literally did the world for me without inconveniencing me in anyway. Anybody who says that this law firm is a scam, has never actually had a case through them. Now I understand that all accidents and injuries are actual cases. But if you do have a case they will do everything they can to make sure you get what you are owed, just like they say on the commercial.
