Excellent attorney. Interviewed 3 others before retaining Tim. Out of the 4 attorneys, he was the only one to call back and ask if I had more questions or if I had made a decision. Went to court 5 times and had no clue what was going on. Martin is starting to lose it. Looks like a heavy drinker. Kept trying to get me to plead guilty when I was innocent. Had to re-read my file before every appearance. He didn't even remember my name. Had to hire another lawyer for the trial. All that money wasted! He didn't even show up twice. Tim Martin represented me in a traffic case that could have suspended my license. I only went to court once,was called first,and the ticket was kept off of my record. All for a decent fee. I would definetely recommend this firm to anybody, and would use them again if needed.

By far the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I don't even have the words to express how frustrated I am with these fake attorneys! I was literally robbed almost $4k. They always show up late, very rude and unprofessional every encounterance will be about money money money. We initially set a agreed upon amount, throughout the court precedings they would have amnesia on how much I've paid. I would not recommend these attorneys to my worst enemy!! Today was my trial date and after I've paid all my money to them they filed a motion to withdraw as my attorneys. I never had any conversation with them about this and I was totally caught off guard....These other ratings have to be fake and made by them!!
