I was charged with bogus criminal allegations by a business owner who held sway over local law enforcement and the prosecutors office in DeKalb. For over 3 years i tried both as pro se and with 3 other attorneys to get the charges dismissed but i had hired the wrong attorneys who let the prosecutors and judge drag the case on. After I hired Alison Motta she reviewed the case made arguments to the judge and prosecutor that they listened to and she convinced them through constitutional basis and case law history that the charges were devoid of the necessary factual elements and were filed improperly. Within 2 court dates the charges were completely dismissed.

As a struggling, hard working single Mother there were many days, weeks, months I lost hope that my son and I would ever see justice, in what can be a never ending court system and process , that at times, one feels helpless and forgotten.
