Peter Gruber's staff, who work in the front office have neglected me as a client. They have refused on more than one occasion to give my attorney messages to return my calls to explain any of the events on my case along the way both big and small. Specifically, Antoinette. Antoinette has been a mean tempered, nasty person. She has been condescending, sarcastic and has done everything in her power to make me feel scared and uncomfortable when she is not letting the phone ring off the hook and when she is not intentionally avoiding connecting me to Peter or someone that can help me understand what is going on. Perish the thought that she would try to answer any questions about my case. It does not matter how good your lawyer is when you have people like that to depend on as a go-between. I am now being forced to either pay another lumpsome of money to Peter, have to start over with another lumpsome of money to another attorney or face serious consequences over a crime I DID NOT commit. I stood up to her on the phone, defended myself through her scathing attacks and was finally persistent enough to just show up at the office since she had ignored all my calls, with my 23 month old son and she threatened to call the police and call it harassment. This is the exact opposite of the behavior one would expect from a paralegal who's only job is answering phones and coordinating client and attorney. I can't speak of anything positive about anyone that promotes or accepts her behavior as a phone operator.
