I have referred several clients to Christina that needed to file for Bankruptcy. Many of the big name TV attorneys often recommend the clients file a Chapter 13, instead of a Chapter 7, because they charge $4,000 in fees for a Chapter 13. Christina will recommend whats best for the client, not what makes her the most money. She is honest and very personable, and makes a troubling situation, a positive one.Her fees are also very reasonable, especially for a highly professional attorney. She is often able to help clients buy a car, the day after they file !

We had to have a couple of modifications. We paid the extra cost. We kept asking if 2 were put on and she wouldn't answer a text, emails or phone calls. It ended up being discharged a few months ago and I've gotten collection calls the whole time. I was getting letters and calls on another one as well. We've had to handle it. The last one wasn't listed on my final papers. I've again, sent texts, phone calls and emails to be ignored some more. She did respond once after the 1st round of ignored messages on the 1st collector and she told me she wanted to be treated with respect or I could get another attorney! Of course, that's after she was paid in full. She emailed me the discharge papers to email collectors. I'm still dealing with 1. I just wanted her to finish the job she was paid to do. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude! Incomplete and unacceptable.

My experience with Christina Banyon as my personal bankruptcy lawyer began in September 2018. I walked into her office fearing the worst possible thing, bankruptcy (in my mind it was the worst thing). I had placed myself in a bad situation financially on a personal and business standpoint and I was out of options.

Based on the complexity of my case, it took until February 2019 to be discharged but there was always a constant, which was the professionalism that Christina brings to the table.

Post discharge, I am now trying to rebuild my life and I wouldn’t have made it through some of the more challenging moments in my life without Christina being involved. I enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to family and friends.

I just want to acknowledge this firm, specifically Christiana Banyon of what a professional should be. I wish she was a representative sample of what all attorneys were. I know of a few very good ones with good hearts. Her and Mike Marovich out of Orland Park are gems. Not many attorneys will exceed all expectations personally and professionally, they both have. Christina was a very caring, and empathetic person and seemed to have the ethcial and professional charisima and fortitude most clients dont witness. I wasn't personally her client; however, was physically present to an involved party I deeply care about and can say anyone who hires her will be in awesome hands and should not be troubled or worry about unprofessional ot unethical care.
