This firm handled the in-take of my case well (noting the circumstances, setting up a call with the attorney, reminding me of the call, the attorney calling when he said he would). The firm didn't do so well in following up after that. No indication they received the paperwork requested, and I had to follow up to remind them of the submission. When I did, I was put on hold for a moment, only to be told by the admin the attorney couldn't find a way to help me. Prompt but limited expertise with a need for better client communication and education.

Brian Wright and his firm quickly resolved an issue I had with my rental company. I went to get my keys to move in and found out that they had rented the apartment to someone else. I had already given them rent and had no where to live, and the rental company said they had no other apartments in my price range to move in right away. Brian Wright & Associates used the law and great negotiating skills to have the rental company give me another apartment for the same price as the original one I was supposed to have. They resolved the problem within 5 days, it was worth the money to hire them as I was not getting any results myself. The entire staff was very nice and handled my case with the utmost respect and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. I am so thankful and I will always recommend them to anyone who needs legal help!
