Joseph Klest is an honest, hard-working attorney whom I would recommend to anyone needing a Personal Injury Lawyer.
Mary K Gallagher
Joe is one of the most incompetent lawyers I’ve ever had to deal with.
STAY AWAY!!
Look for someone on a street corner. You will be better off.
I emailed the Klest firm in graphic detail. First I got a rejection email stating they wouldn't take my case, but urged me to find someone who would. When I asked why (wondering if there's a specific type of firm I should be reaching out to) I got a call from Mr. Klest who went on to ask me why I didn't tell anyone right after, why I didn't immediately report it, and why I even think I have a case when it's "my word against his". He let out a subtle laugh when I said I've been too humiliated and hadn't even told my husband yet. The one-ended conversation ended with a simple "it's not a case I think I could win" as the bottom line.
Their website talks big about fighting for victims, but leaves out the part where you're out of luck unless you have rock-solid proof to offer.
A very humiliating waste of time.
I would advise anyone with a case to stay away from this law firm. Mr Joe Klest has no associates to help him and he tends to waste time and drags on cases. After wasting my time for an entire year he decided to not pursue my case. Like why not tell me that up front. The law firm signed a contract with me and everything. Like it’s pathetic. He has very poor management of his team. I wish I contacted someone else. I am leaving this review to give people an idea of how this guy operates. Go to a lawyer who won’t waste your time and give you the run around. 0 stars!!!! Firm is on BS!!!
Prompt attention and good communication. They took care of medical bills with an appropriate award for pain and suffering. Good job!
