First representative that answered my call, I wasn’t able to understand what she was saying and had low volume, I then asked her to speak up since I wasn’t able to understand her, she then spoke up and sounded very muffled like she was eating her headset and was then asked to hang up and call back, which I did an ended up getting a male representative which was a little bit better.
