She doesn't respond to messeages nor does she protect you from future litigation. You can send her several emails with no reply. Far too many law firms in Chicago to not stay on top of repeat business or refferals. She has no communication with you until you're court date and when it's over you leave feeling unsure of what just took place. Just as i suspected, I got sued the 1st time and juat 40 days later got sued again by the same company, which makes me think my information was never made private like i was told. Do yourself a favor and seek counsel elsewhere or try and settle you're copywriting infringement case on your own.
