I was in a car accident, hit from behind, not my fault!
I hired a particular lawyer, this attorney did not file my case in the allotted time frame.
Then this attorney brought me a check for $1,000 dollars
He told me he had bad news and good news.
The bad news was he did not file my case.
He apologized said he was a stellar attorney and this has never happened to him before and he feels bad and since he is a Christian he was giving me $1,000 out of his own pocket!
Yes I accepted and cashed the check!
I discussed it with several people and they all told me I could not do anything about it because I cashed the check!
Even a receptionist at Glen Learner attorney firm told me since the check stated final settlement and I cashed it, unfortunately there is nothing I could do!
I did not agree!
Then I seen Briskman, Briskman and Greenberg!
I called them spoke with Mr.Greenberg and he accepted my case!
In a very short time we sued the first attorney whom didn't file my case and Briskman Briskman and Greenberg settled my case for $17,000!
Oh and please don't let me forget the other attorney , when he gave me the $1,000, he said even if he had filed my case I Would not have gotten much more than$1,000 , after his fees, the hospital bill and the physical therapy bill!
Well I think $17,000 is much more than $1,000!

Paul Greenberg and his staff did an excellent job of representing me. I was called weekly and ask about my injuries and if i was getting good treatment. They took care of everything while i recovered. Staff is friendly and always available and most important they get the job done. If you need legal help give them a call you won't regret it.

My boyfriend had a case that took over 3 years which we didn’t complain about. Their staff, however, is extremely unprofessional! I handle a lot of my bogfriend’s professional manners. The paralegal Sandra G called us with an attitude about a document we were requesting help with. She spoke as if she was doing me a favor when in fact, they’re waiting to be paid as well. Her attitude was extremely unpleasant and for that reason we will never work with them again.

Great experience. Bob Briskman is a great person he made me feel more like family rather than a client. Always called me back even after his work hours to explain things if there where any misunderstanding. Rhea Atilano was also great with assisting when bob was not available. They make a great team and even better lawyers to be working on your injury case they are highly recommended in my book. My family and I got into an accident in November 2018! Reached out to them , Robert Snatched up our case & IT WAS THE WORST MISTAKE EVER!! They are so unprofessional!!! Starting with their staff and ending with the “lawyers”. You can never ever get a hold of them!! And when you do they have attitudes... it’s wait after wait after wait. 7 months later they decide to drop us because the person who hit us didn’t have insurance! And it took them 5 months to find out if she had insurance through the state of Illinois. They drag and LITERALLY take their time on everything. My knee will never be the same from this accident & I was pregnant. My husband suffered injuries and so did my 3 year old. Waited all this time all these medical bills piled up for a “lawyer” to make us wait and drop us! Thanks for NOT WORKING SO HARD BRISKMAN!!

I had a case with these guys, it took a full year. I had all three work on my case. They work with the another attorney without me knowing. They talk to my company about me. These lawyers work for self. Then they wait to tell me to find another attorney after a year. I list my case and I have not worked in two years do to the injury I have thanks BB&G for nothing..Zero stars for me.

Stay far away from this place.They send people to there medical specialists, accumulate astronomical bills and dont tell you the amount you owe til after you sign the papers and you wont be informed of it til you get the bill in the mail.Please save yourself the headache and go with someone reputable.

Do not be fooled by the grey haired attorney in their television commercials! This law firm is pathetic! Mr. Briskman will give you a personal phone call when you first become a client, but when you have a problem with an associate attorney, he won't bother to return your calls! They will switch attorneys in the middle of your case without even informing you that the switch was made. Attorney Susan F. is a disorganized, incompetent, attorney that I hope continue to lose cases for her clients and maybe Mr. Briskman will wake up and realize he needs to clean house! Mr. Briskman, if your attorneys file their cases correctly in the beginning, maybe you'll have satisfied clients and won't lose your cases on a technicality! DON'T GO TO THIS LAW FIRM!
