Tim is a very smart and hard working attorneys. He knows trucking cases as well as anyone in the country. He is an excellent attorney for anyone who has been injured in a trucking crash.

I was recently struck by a vehicle And though I had no broken bones - I was injured badly And in severe pain!
I was urged by others to "Hurry, you need to contact a personal injury law firm asap" "You need An attorney girl" "You haven't gotten an attorney yet? What are you waiting for" etc etc.
Obviously my intent is - Recovery - physically emotionally and monetarily BUT I want to do this ethically. THIS, I soon discovered, is not necessarily the concern of SOME law firms. No disrespect intended.
I, however, was referred to Whiting Law Firm... I called and had a telephone consultation with Attorney Sarah Davis. First, as indicated on their site, the consultation was FREE but more important; to me; was her time, the concern she exhibited during our conversation, her attention to detail in listening to what was a horrific incident for me - And then her honest opinion and straightforward direction during the conclusion of my call.
Attorney Davis chuckled when I told her I searched Google for an attorney by including the word "Integrity" - And tho my contact was by way of referral - I'm happy I found that in her and my initial contact with Whiting Law Firm.
