This attorney wasted my time. She had my case for about 2 1/2 weeks and didn’t even work an hour on it. Now looking back, it didn’t seem like she wanted to represent me. Don’t know why she wasted both of our time.

Also, she’s so professional that she left my refund check taped to a door. Very unsupportive I might add.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I was literally on the phone with her for a whole ONE minute. Flat out rude. I explain in less than a minute my situation & she only said ‘I dont know how to help you . You have to look for someone else.’ I called another lawyer & in less than that minute he said he’ll help me. Look for options people. Dont just settle.

My experience with Gabrielle Davis was very unsatisfactory as she provided me with substandard service. I made it very clear during our first meeting I wanted a simple divorce and was not interested in obtaining money or shared property from my ex-husband.
Over the past three months very little progress made, and the work she did do was consistently full of needless errors. Gabrielle did not acknowledge documents I sent and would call me requesting items I had previously provided her with. She also scheduled several unnecessary appointments, including meetings for me to simply come in to review and sign documents that were incomplete and full of errors. She repetitively pressed me to go after more in the divorce after I had made it clear on every occurrence I had no interest in doing so. I frequently felt was that she was only interested in billing me as many hours as possible. When she requested additional funds, I questioned why so much of my retainer had been used with such slight results, she told me to ask my family to help cover her legal fees. After replenishing the retainer account it was weeks before the marriage settlement agreement was made.
When I spoke with her about my concerns with the document I learned she had prepared one with inaccurate and incomplete information, when I brought up this was a mistake on her part she instantly indicated she that she would be withdrawing as my lawyer and to not call her again, all this one week before my court date. She refused to fix the document she erroneously prepared and told me that I would be billed for the unusable martial agreement

Like April, I was very surprised by the other reviews of Gabrielle. My experience was very positive. From the start of our working together Gabrielle was thoughtful, very conscious to progress the case nicely, properly and with minimal upset. I always felt she was trying to minimize my costs and she expressed choices to me and explained the law and my options clearly. Documents, dates, fees, issues and relationships were transparent and open. Her response time via email, text or phone was 'top draw'. She never canceled a meeting, missed a court date or showed any sloppyness. I struggled through the first several months of the divorce and thanks to Gabrielle I did seek help. Had it not been for her insistence to get help I would not have coped as well as I did. I recommended Gabrielle to a peer and I would recommend Gabrielle again. I feel I lucked out and I was happy to work with an experienced individual who not only understood the law and its consequences but also understood that divorce can take an emotional toll on you. Lastly, if you are a vengeful person or seeking to 'hammer' the other side, Gabrielle might not be for you. She approaches things fairly, rationally and as April said straightforwadly. I was represented by Gabrielle during my divorce which was final September 2013. One of the things I appreciated most is that she ALWAYS got back to me quickly whether via e-mail or phone call. I never waited for a reply. My questions or concerns never went unanswered.
She was knowledgeable in regards to everything we did-court appearances, motions, speaking to the judge, laws I had absolutely no idea about. If I wanted to do something that was not feasible she would tell me, tell me why, and not lead me on. She's just really honest and straightforward. She fought for me. She presents well.
Never canceled a meeting or court date, was always on time, and we did what we needed to do. Those things were a big deal to me, being a single working mom now I just don't have time to wait, have to call someone repeatedly or have things postponed. My court documents were always in order.

I went to Gabrielle Davis in September 2012 for a divorce.During the 7 months of service i felt see was just collecting money from me, she was not advising me at all . I called her to express how i felt ,i was very upset that she had not looked at paper work we received .There was alot of paper work missing. After i complained to her she ended up dropping me as a client three weeks before my court date. In April 2013 I was out of alot of money with no divorce and no help I had to go out a find someone else.

She is short tempered, and just wants to collect your cash. After I fired her, My new lawyer found a MESS that was my court case, I have lost a lot upon meeting her. Luckily I got her off my case in time to recover, but it took a real good lawyer and twice as much money to start the process. I have spent a total of ten grand in just 90 days in which includes her hire, and cleaning up after her dismissal.
