Our practice has worked with Jackson LLP for a few years, and we couldn't be happier. They understand the complexities of running a busy medical office, and they've helped us with everything that's come up - HIPAA compliance training, employee contracts for new therapists, compensation agreements, understanding different practitioners' ethical responsibilities, and overseeing our corporate governance issues. We're not big enough to need an attorney on staff, but due to the nature of our field we frequently require consultation on various topics, situations, etc. Connor and Erin are always on top of it!
They understand that our questions sometimes need immediate answers, and it feels like we have in-house counsel. Maybe most important, they are AMAZING to work with because they're friendly, accessible, and infinitely patient with our demanding schedules. They always strive to understand our practice's culture, needs, and concerns. Even as they currently represent us in some business litigation, they're budget-sensitive and keep our practice's health as their focus.

These two are the best! I am the director of a nonprofit organization, and I'm so grateful for Connor and Erin. They are personable and knowledgeable, easy to reach, and they are obviously genuinely enthusiastic about their work. Because Erin also runs a nonprofit, I felt like they understood my work and industry well. They've been supportive and encouraging of my organization's mission, and their creativity and easygoing approach has made working with them really pleasant. If you have a small business, nonprofit, or healthcare practice (their niche), they'll be a huge asset to your work.

The Jacksons bring together a rare and wonderful combination of expertise, passion and compassion. As a counselor, they have helped me go above and beyond for my clients by showing me how use healthcare law for my clients' best.
