Horrible staff they are rude and give unnecessary attitude and the attorney (Izabela) is just as bad. My honest opinion is don't waste your time, find someone who will take you and your case into consideration. Would rate no stars if I could.

I can sit here and be intellectual with my wording for my review but simplicity is always the key. Three years ago after my accident; I searched and interviewed a few attorneys. It didn't take much for my decision when I finally interviewed the staff at Parente &. Norem. They made me feel at ease; something worth so much when you have no clue on what legal steps to take after an injury. Mr. Norem (Chris) was always there when I had questions or needed an update. I would email him and few minutes later I had an answer (very rare in this constant "busy" environment). I know at times I felt stressed because my case was taking so long but Chris would always reassure me. Finally, my case took place and I was at AWE with the support that was given to me.
