Mike never return calls Secretary always lying saying he is not in or Unavailable he never keeps you updated on anything you have to keep calling him or emailing him which he never respond to either two years on my case and when i say i have taken a complete loss from no Communication from the person who I hired to take my case I will never when i say never that’s what I mean refer anyone to this company whole company unprofessional when you finally talk to him he just tells you lies

The jury is still out. No one ever calls or called back when I leave a message. I only spoke with my attorney once since mid month last year. I am dissatisfied with the lack of communication. When I called to speak to the Office manager, I am still waiting on someone to call me back. Sometimes people can be so professional that they lose the human factor and come across robotic and rehearsed. That’s not the type of person Crystal is. She explains everything so well with no hint of being irritated, but instead she’s very kind and compassionate. Also, the timing in which the case was handled was impeccable too. In April, 2018, my husband had a work injury which caused debilitating knee and leg pain which resulted in him having surgery.
After knee surgery and several weeks of therapy and futile conversations with the insurance company, I felt that my efforts were ineffectual in obtaining fair compensation for my husband’s pain and suffering.
My husband and I discussed his situation with a very good and long-time family friend who recommended that we call Attorney Joseph Leonard. I made the call to Attorney Leonard and it was the best decision we ever made!
Upon meeting Attorney Leonard, I felt an immediate “ease”, knowing that my husband and I had made the right decision in taking the time to meet with him. Attorney Leonard’s friendliness, kindness and professionalism were exceptional. After our introductions, he took pencil and paper in hand and began to accumulate and access the information regarding my husband’s injury. Attorney Leonard explained step by step the procedures that he would take to ensure that he obtained for my husband the best outcome possible. A few months later (June 2019) after my husband’s case was settled, he received a bill from Northwestern Hospital informing him that he had an outstanding bill related to his injury for $3500+ and that he was responsible for payment. Once again, we tried to negotiate and explain to the hospital that the bill was not our responsibility, but the responsibility of the insurance company since this was a work-related (Worker’s Compensation) injury. After months of pleading with Northwestern’s Billing Dept. I called Attorney Leonard, explained the situation and asked him if anything could be done to rectify this situation. This was Attorney Leonard’s response: “Thelma, let me look into the situation and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.” Well, that was approximately 2 ½ weeks ago and today, the BILL HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL by the Insurance Company. Even after my husband’s case was settled, Attorney Leonard was still working for us…AMAZING!

My case is still pending so won't get into details, but Andrew Leonard has already went above and beyond to get me the treatment I need and is not afraid to fight for the rights of injured workers repeatedly if needed. I had another attorney prior to Andrew that I could never get a hold of and so thankful it led me to finding Leonard Law Group. Nothing is certain when dealing with an Injury and work comp, but you certainly need a dedicated attorney to represent you .
