I was told after 6 months after a car accident. The other parties insurance refused to give Ryan my lawyer from Lerner and Rowe.
I said by law they are have to by law give that information he said by law they don't have to.
If I was a lawyer I would take it to the judge and get the judge to enforce the law where the insurance company is made to release it. I felt like this lawyer just wanted to get paid without doing the work. Then he dropped the case.

Hmmmm, where do I start!! I had the absolute worst experience with this firm!! My son & I were involved in an accident early on this year!! We were hit by an 18 wheeler semi truck. First off, we NEVER met our attorney..everything was done via phone and email.Which leads me to believe she is located in the Las Vegas corporate office . In order to get to her ,I had to go up there personally & yet still I was given the round around. I saw another attorney whom wasn't handling my case Amanda ( she is phenomenal!!Amanda is located in the South Loop location in Chicago!! The payout was horrid...This so called attorney of ours took out $4,333 from my son &I when she didn't hardly to anything!!Oh yeah, we also had to get our release forms notarized ourselves!! What were we paying the attorney for?! She didn't even give me the breakdown of a payout in the event the other driver was to be involved in an accident.(i.e $25,000/$50,000 for bodily injury).They just give out attorney liscenses to any & everyone!!!

Wouldn't have given any stars if possible. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. 1 year handling my case and they didn't do anything for me. On to off it they give me a lawyer who is in Arizona and I'm no where near Arizona.

I took it very personally when a representative from that law firm who is known for "injury law made personal" told me that he agreed with the insurance company of the person who rear ended me that there did not seem to be enough damage to my car for me to have a case. Getting an update from these people is like pulling teeth!! They never answer my calls because they claim they are on the phone with other clients. They never bother to call back after leaving multiple voicemails. They didn’t bother to show up to my mediation or let me know I had one. I found out because I got a letter from my employers attorney.
When the account manager finally returned my call she claimed she had done her part in my case and had no idea on what was going on.

My experience using Glen Lerner has so far been amazing! My case manager was on top of everything and is in constant communication with me through every step keeping me informed and they’re very good at answering every question and if you have to leave a voicemail your call is returned very fast. Great service! Will definitely recommend
