Wouldn't take a slip and fall case, saying there was no liability yet there are 2 active law suits for the exactly the same thing. Both are settled and paid out. The person that my wife talked to was rude and Unprofessional. And to think that this Firm came highly recommended.

The process since the word go has been incredible! Crystalee Origel and Sara have been especially great! My mother is a little older, and the team at Lerner and Rowe have been absolutely pleasant, understanding, caring, compassionate, and most of all, helpful. My mother can't say enough good things about Crystalee and Sara. Everytime they reached out to my mother for anything involving the case, they were very caring and concerned. They would even call my mother every now and then, just to check up on her, to see how she was doing and how she was feeling. I got in a car accident in November of last year so I called Lerner and Rowe to represent me. They are very efficient and extremely helpful. They’re also very good at keeping in regular contact with me and keeping me posted on what’s going on with everything . Unfortunately I’ve been having a major problem with my time keeper at my job who is supposed to be providing my loss of wages but my caseworker Crystalee Origel has been reaching out and trying to contact her herself seeing as she is not responding to me! She is a pleasure to work with! She’s extremely helpful and friendly, And doing everything in her power to help get in touch with my timekeeper so we can wrap this lawsuit up already! I would definitely use this law firm again especially if I could work with Crystalee again! They are lucky to have such a dedicated and helpful worker working at there law firm!
