David Phillip's represented us in a complex real estate case involving failure to disclose defects in a home. He is an outstanding attorney and after representing us in this case we have used him in many other matters as well. He is professional and highly knowledgeable. recommended.

I hired David to handle my child custody case, and all he did was take my money. He did nothing for me, my son is being abused my ex-husband and he is not fighting on my behalf; I've missed two holidays and two of my son birthdays and David does nothing but tell me that he's trying! what does that mean? He hasn't return any of my text messaged or phone calls, he is a bad attorney!!! Please don't give your money to this guy because he is having his own issues because I saw that he was sleeping at his office on a few occasion... Bad Bad Bad Attorney!!!

Mr. Phillips has always come through for my family in a pinch. I am extremely grateful for him going the extra mile when we need him.

Do not use this lawyer. He will not return phone calls. Has a hard time keeping track of your case. Drops the ball at the client’s expense. Has excuses for everything. My personal favorite, when I requested my file to be sent to me, I received someone else’s files. Complete with tax returns, pay stubs, etc.

Worst Attorney you can get. Never returns phone calls or emails. Still hasn't completed my simple divorce in 4yrs. In the process of filing a complaint with the disciplinary commission as of this date. If you can get a hold of him generally by going into his office unannounced will promise that your case will be a priority. Never give this guy a dime until he's done with your case as soon as you do you can't get him to do anything. I know I paid him upfront and was ghosted almost immediately.
