Very bad business,my case was little slip and fall at a restaurant they didn’t even want to take case ,very rude also.

Never get updates or responses from anyone unless i call repeatedly my attorney was changed without notification and my case has been going on for years. Had no luck with getting the loans they advertise on their site. When i do hear from my attorney its the same old thing. Name on file is Brandon Sartori

Worst experience I’ve ever had with an attorney by the time I made the realization it was too late in the time of my case. At first they were very nice very friendly & buddy buddy, after I signed the papers their attitude towards me completely changed. They just wanted to get me in & out & didn’t care for the best outcome for me in the long run.

Horrible law firm, I filed a workers compensation claim with them over 2 years ago and they have done nothing but lie to me, they clearly are on my employers side. I have been forced to enlist the Attorney General's office in Illinois and the Illinois Bar Association to get help. I suffered two broken feet and lost my job because of my claim and these guys will not help me. Look elsewhere folks unless you enjoy having high blood pressure. Thieves.Still have gotten no settlement, no offers and lies galore

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Service. My Attorney Mr.R never returns calls, respond to voicemails, or Emails. I hired this company back in 2017, they help win my case paid me my portion of the settlement and never paid my out my kids settlement funds. When calling to inquire I was sent to voicemail for several months with no response from Mr. R. or the team regarding my concerns. After several months of calling I finally get in touch with Mr.R's assistant who looks up my file and immediately puts me on hold after finding errors in my file. I was then rushed off the phone with no explanation on what's going on. Needless to say no one followed or explained the situation. After several more months of calling I finally was able to speak with Mr.R who clearly is out of touch with the case, stating the settlement was paid in full. Then as he looks through the file he sees that my kids have not received their settlement, WOW. Here we are 2020 and still getting the run around and no call back. 2 thumbs down!!! This is a company I would not recommend doing business with, very unprofessional.

Gosh! My attorney Jonathan Williams is literally the best! From the very beginning til the very end he fought hard for me. I absolutely appreciate him for always calling me back when I call and always calling me just to keep me updated on my case. He is truly one of the best and I would recommend him to anyone. much respect to him

Your case will go no where with this firm, lawyer is too busy to talk to you or to see where the heck your case has ended !! I have 3 cases with this firm one of them since 2016, I have seen 0 results. No settlement no offer and stuck with open cases.

I will advise the client to email the person or person(s) handling your case because the receptionist will tell you ANYTHING it seems to get you off the phone when asked about the status of your check.

They don't do there homework on at least my case I had to by my own meds at first for my own meds was told i would be reimbursed several times over the last year and a half still waiting for it they change attorneys on me but I'm still waiting for a settlement offer and were this hell is my prescription reimbursement everyone I talk to their is nice but.this should have been an easy and case uggh still waiting

Ms. Hanna was great at communicating with me and took excellent care of my situation I highly recommend her and the law office.

This is an update. I gave one star to submit this otherwise I give no stars!!!!! I just got a phone call from one of the supervisors there about this review. First and foremost I never approved the offer of $4000 settlement for an assult that happened at work with over $6000 in medical bills, I was told that that's was all they were willing to pay for the incident, no fight at all. I was never notified by mail, text, email, or phone call about a settlement offer. My second attorney, Timothy Winslow, whom I had the Best experience with and who tried his best to help me to the best of his ability. He was the one who told me I EXCEPTED the offer. I told him I never knew of an offer until now and that I wasn't happy with that offer and I wanted to fight it. I was lied to in the end after I was told that I would only have to pay my attorney's fees. I was ok with but to have to pay the medical after I was told that I didn't..... I was totally hurt and when I picked up the check I signed under duress because that was totally wrong.
Now the supervisor that I just talked to about this review. He had the audacity to offer me to handle my case personally if I ever had a case again and to waive the fee and send me a $100 check to delete this review... Wrong on so many levels... He calls this compensation
They are liars. I was told that I was going to get one settlement amount and they gave me something totally different. Also their professionalism is lacking. My attorney was changed twice without my knowledge and the only way I found out was when I called to find out the status of my case and the first lawyer excepted an offer without even consulting me. I DO NOT recommend this law firm to a hurt dog that needs an attorney!

It was long experience but it was worth the wait. Domenic was very patient and understanding about what was happening and in the end he exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this guy to anyone.

Do yourself a favor and do not use these guys. The absolute worst part is I waited patiently while they screwed me over instead of contacting a new lawyer.

This is a false report I was not unhappy with the settlement I was unhappy that I was allowed to lose everything over the course of the year with no contact from the firm they allowed my employer to push me around from day one then spewing false info to me over the phone .Very condescending when you do speak then leaving false responses to an honest review . Use a local law office people make sure and pay the little bit of extra somewhere where you know you can hold people accountable .

Brad and his team are the BEST. They ALWAYS answer your calls or return them. They don’t sugarcoat anything. When they say they’re going to court, you’re going to court. I seen they commercial, all the advertisements I thought to myself maybe they can help me with my son case. I know I have a very strong case gave all the evidence for the case but my lawyer Andrea sad to say is not the greatest lawyer. I feel like she never calls to give me a update, I have to reach out to her it takes me a few times to call before she calls back. They had the case since June 2019, she told me by the end of the year she can have it settled but no it's still nothing. I sent in paperwork she claims she never received. Its horrible they couldn't even get me a loan to help with Bill's until my case settle. This teacher beat my son n chocked him. Dey haven't told me anything I dont think this law firm stands on top of a case n work the case like dey should and make sure the client is satisfied and happy. I went 2 months without calling just to see if she would call me the answer is No!!!! Not one person reached out It's all false advertisements.

My first ever experience utilizing an attorney was nerve wrecking at first as I read to many horror stories. I did however also read how to have patience as I am one of many clients. I let Hannah, my attorney, do her job and she did it well. She always responded to my emails and phone calls. I did not experience any of the horror stories I read about. The outcome was awesome and even though I never met Hannah, I felt as if I did because of her professionalism when it came to responding to my many phone calls and emails. My Personal injury case was handled to my best satisfaction 100%...You guys rock!

I hired this law firm over a year ago. I did a lot of the leg work getting all my medical bills to the firm. I rarely got any update unless I contacted them and I rarely got a response back right away and sometimes I would not got no response. I finally settled and the check has been issued to the law firm two weeks ago and I still have not received anything from them. They keep saying they have not received it but the insurance company gave me the date the check was mailed to them. Now they will not respond to calls or emails.

Run!!!! This office is terrible. Had my case for 3yrs and lost. My Lawyer Patrick is a joke. I was totally screwed. I had to do a lot of Leg work to prove my case myself. I Lost 4yrs of my life and ended up with nothing.. No $ or Surgery for my injury. A BIG WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY!!!
