I contacted Pfeifer, Morgan, and Stesiak and set up an appointment. My appointment was with the individual with the dark hair. My case referred to broken bones and surgery. I was met with a disdain like attitude. He clearly did not want to be there one minute when he learned of I wasn't there for a semi driving injury/accident. My mother later used Blackburn and Green. Whether they truly care or not, it's about treating the clients or potential clients with dignity.
