Loraine is obviously an expert in her field, but just as impressive is her personable and patient demeanor. Elkhart County is fortunate to have her here.

Unprofessional, unstable, and will blame( and verbally attack) everyone else for her not doing her job right. If you might have accidentally gotten on her bad side, don't answer her call, because she will scream at you from the second you answer.....literally. No courtesy. She certainly didn't see me as a human being today.
