Not every happy at all

Becoming a Family Law Lawyer was definitely Colin’s calling in life. He is amazing at what he does. He is very educated, fluent, straightforward and respectful. God forbid I ever need to get a lawyer again for my custody court order I will with out a doubt rehire Colin. I very strongly recommend him and I can assure you, you will not be disappointed!

Very helpful staff. They handled setting up a court date and guided me on preparation. All I had to do was show up!

I was going to use Banyon, but so many people have told me how much they were charged for the services, and from what I gathered, asking various people, he changes his pricing based on who you know, or don't know. I came across someone who paid well over double the average price that others were telling me. That doesn't make sense to me at all.

He seems to work for the opposing counsel and he will hand you over to the prosecutor on a silver platter, he is the worst lawyer I've ever seen, helping the opposing side to bad the great attorney's like Boardman have all retired and left joker's like this,,

Very disappointed in Collins service ! Like a previous client stated “ he dismisses your concerns and basically does seem to assist opposing counsel”. Or At least in our experience and opinion practically just gave in to opposing counsel. If you question his actions he will shrug it off say he had to do it or will say he did something he seemingly has not. Then a bill will come from assist without explanation basically interpretation of this is , Collins saying I am no longer helping you , if you have questions contact assistant. This was our experience and opinions.

Would not recommend Colin C.Banyon. Very dismissive of your concerns. Seems to helping the opossing side. Would not canswer questions of importance.very rude at times, Had to dismissive him due to his behavior. Started out with nothing and still the same.
