I hired him in 2015 for a expungement paid 500$ and 185$ for filing almost 5 yrs later I finally had enough. I've asked for my money 4-5 times nothing, asked for appointment and the person said she can't make appointments..right. So I guess my next step tomorrow I file small claim.. WHAT A LOSER

I gave Tim lemons $1600 2 and a 1/2 years ago to work on a case for me the man will not return my phone calls he will not give me my money bag so I just want you to know that I have called the Indiana bars association to file a complaint

Waste of money. Wont return calls or messages. Never follows through with what he says he will do. His receptionist is nice but she just tells you what you want to hear to shut you up......I recommend taking your money else where or just representing yourself.

Has no problem taking your money and saying he will do everything he can for you. Then suddenly half way though he doesn’t return phone calls or messages. Doesn’t call when he says he is going to. After almost a year he was just money wasted. Very crappy lawyer.

Timothy Lemon is not a good time manager. If you are a paying client and call to make an appointment to talk to him you're wasting your time. Phone calls don't get answered nor do emails. Don't waste your time on choosing him as an Attorney if you are wanting someone who is actually going to talk to you and you feel like they care about your situation. Don't waste your time!
