Want to make clear i did not use this woman for my attorney, i did however have a pretty lengthy phone conversation with her: she seemed pretty professional but if yr looking for the warm fuzzy type look somewhere else..very cold, aloof..seemed uppity almost. I didnt get the feeling she cared one bit except for $$, when i asked her if i could pay the retainer fee in installments..she was all for that but would do nothing until 1500 retainer is paid..( my case is simple divorce no kids no property dispute) but at end of the conversation i asked..lets say ive paid into the retainer fee 800..uve done nothing yet but i decided i dont want to get divorced..would there be a fee ? And she answered..the $$ would be non- refu ndable!! she seemed to get an attitude when i asked that and said "well if you dont know if you want to hire me then u should do other interview etc. " i said no no ur not understanding..i just meant if something happened like i changed my mind about divorce etc. So beware,!!! apparently this woman thinks its right to take all of your money even if you change your mind and shes not done one thing besides count it.. Anyone that thinks its okay to accept large amounts of money for zero work performed, especially from a woman who just told her i am struggling financially..has issues and is NOT going to look out for my best interest! YUCK!!!!! Was actually shocked at how bad she was at pretending to be a nice person!!!

I hired Kyrsten to represent me in a divorce/custody case. My ex had kept my daughter from me for two months and only two phone calls. She was able to get me visitation that is outside of the norm for fathers living out of state the very first court date. She is very ethical, thorough. She won't tell you what you want to hear. She will just give you the truth. Her fees are reasonable and I'm satisfied with her work. I would definitely recommend her to others and hire her repeatedly if needed.
