I was a client of an attorney at Mr Churchill's firm for 10 years, and just loved my attorney. But this last year Mr Churchill started handling some of my business, and I have had a totally different experience with him. The business I took to him never got done on time or at all, to the point that he disappeared in the middle of a trial. He didn't return phone calls, emails or visits to his firm. I finally had to hire another law firm to finish my case. He lied and over-billed. He cancelled the PPO I had hired him to file, without my permission, and I have been stalked for the past year and a half, and he didn't care. I really suggest you do not take any business to him.
