My husband and daughter were in a hit and run accident Apri 2017. They were both hurt and have long term back and neck injuries. To add to the pain, our vehicle was also totaled. This was a 17 year old kid that hit them at the corner of our residence. We called Harshman and Gervelis thinking we could depend and rely on them, standing behind their reputation. They visited us within 2 hours after our phone call. To be honest, that was the quickest response we received from them after dealing with them almost a year later. They barely returned phone calls, nor did they fight for us to get what we deserved. I felt like they sided with progressive insurance which was we were fighting. Terrible client, attorney relationship. If I had it to do over again, I would not have chosen them. Today ends our dealings with them. We are truly disappointed and will never recommend them!

They know what they are doing and won't let up until the job is done.

I would never recommend this injury firm to anyone. I was seriously injured in a car accident and nothing was done right. They agreed with the insurance company that I was fighting against and failed me in so many ways. They never returned my calls and when it came time to pay me they paid thousands on my medical bills that my insurance would have covered and the lawyer got paid the same amount as I received. They handed me a pitiful check and a coffee cup. This company is a joke and you will wait at least a year til you hear from them after your initial consultation.

Worst attorney I have EVER hired! Would never recommend him to ANYONE!
