13 yrs ago I used your service and was happy with the results. Last week I contacted the olean office for some help. Medicare would not pay a bill due to them saying it was workmans comp.The injury was for the left shoulder. They paid 2 bills after that that was for the same shoulder. I needed a paper to fax to medicare. On 01/16 Deb Drake said she would mail paper to me. Still do not have it. I was not given time to fully explain my issue, or to say I lived in olean and could drive over to get the paper, and ask to use your fax as I do not have one. My experience was the oppisite of your commercial. Will not refer you to anyone. Am very upset at how I was treated

Absolutely AMAZING. They took the time to really explain how the whole process works. They made sure me and my family of 6 was doing ok as we fought through the process. They made us feel like we were a part of their family. I recommend them to EVERYONE!
