Highly recommend this attorney and his firm. They are so nice, very accommodating, and so professional. I recently had a health scare, at the exact same time I was about to head overseas for a long-planned vacation, and it was too late to cancel. Of course, after procrastinating for the better part of a decade, I decided this was an emergency, and that I needed to do my estate planning, or at least write my will, asap before leaving town. I got in touch with Attorney Roth's office, explained my situation and how worried I was, and even though they didn't have any appointments available for a few weeks ahead, I actually was able to speak to him directly and explained my dilemma - all because he took time to talk with me while on his lunch break.

The very next day, I was actually able to get my entire plan (not just my will) done because another appointment had to reschedule, and I was available to come in their place. It is a small and very busy office, but Attorney Roth sat with me and very calmly worked through all of my questions, explained all the options, what steps were involved, and what I needed to do. He was very reassuring and helpful, and had a great sense of humor. When all of my questions were answered and we had a game plan in place, he, his associate, and one of the paralegals helped put all of my documents together, I signed them, and they provided me with copies of everything on a portable drive for me to take with me on my vacation, just in case. When I get back, I will be given hard copies of all of the documents in a nice binder/notebook, and will complete the last few steps (new deeds, insurance paperwork etc) to finalize my plan.

I am so impressed not just with how fast they got me in, but mostly with how the whole office pulled together, took time away from what they were doing, and rolled up their sleeves to make sure I had what I needed before I walked out the door, so that I would have one less thing to worry about between traveling and battling a health problem over the next several months. They were all so friendly and easy going, even with it all being last minute, it really brought my stress level down and helped me feel some peace of mind. Many thanks to Patrick, Ron, and the ladies (including the other lawyer/mediator lady who stopped what she was doing and offered to take over answering the phone lines so the receptionist and paralegal could help print out my documents). I will be telling all of my friends and family about how great Patrick and his team are to work with, and what a great job they did for me. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Where do I start? There is so much. First off, I don't like giving bad reviews, I really don't. But in all honesty if I could give this place a -5 stars I would. You walk up to the building it is small and in and unfortunate place as you can't park close. (I feel bad for people who have mobility issues) Their sign was hanging off it's post, and it honestly looked like someone had tried to fix it with duct tape. Ok? Then please, look at their gardens, they haven't bothered to attend to them, I would say at least two, three years. You can't be bothered to upkeep your building what must your clients assets look like. The entire place was over run with weeds. (someone here obviously does not care to keep up with things) You get inside and the two young ladies in the front and very sweet and kind and professional. So staffing is decent and warm. But the interior hasn't been updated since it was the old doctors office. Your telling me you've been here for so long, and charge me so much for an appointment and estate plans and you can't update the old paneling? I got to my appointment on time, and they made me wait to clear out their conference room. (you know I've have this appointment for months and you aren't ready?) Then this frazzled lady come barging out of the room with a bucket in hand and other junk, talking a mile a minute. Blabbering on about things that don't seem to make sense to anybody. She was highly unprofessional. Not to mention she was in a work out outfit (?) So the young blond receptionist took me in, got me some coffee and was over all very welcoming. Then in walks Patrick, (who by the way has to sit in a "specific seat") And the man must have thought that because I am old, I am hard of hearing. Please stop yelling at me, I can hear you just fine. We are inside lower your voice. He came off as being asinine arrogant, rude and insincere. I'm sure he is a decent person and I hope I am wrong, but I got a very dishonest feeling while talking to him. Seemed like he wasn't telling the hole truth. And I won't trust my personal information with someone if I can't have one hundred percent confidence in them. I was pleasant, taking my notes on what he talked about. Then I notices the pictures of his children. Cute, nice touch, I asked about them. These are all infant pictures mind you, come to find out they are all in their teens, this man is obviously living in the past. I just got the feeling that he us genuinely insincere and I would not trust him with my assets, and quite honestly I encourage you to look else wear. It's honestly in the small details. Snavely over in Painted Post are very professional, nice, and pleasant. And they treat you and you're personal property with the utmost respect and make you feel like a person, not someone to get money out of. Change your attitude Roth and you need to work on your personalty. Or you will be out of business in the next ten years or sooner. I encourage everyone to look for a different estate planner.
