Attorney Parker prepared Financial and Health Care Power of Attorney documents, and HIPPA releases for my wife and me. We sought out their firm because through our research we concluded that they are certainly the top elder law practice in the state. The fact that we drove from Harrisburg to Wilkes-Barre twice to secure services and finalize documents from the firm should be proof enough of our faith and confidence in Marshall, Parker & Weber, LLC. The legal team we worked with was totally professional in every respect and worked with us until every last detail in our documents was to our satisfaction. I would very highly recommend this elder law practice to anyone in the throes of estate planning. Thank you Attorney Parker and Amy!!

You have led our family through many sessions to prepare for the distribution of property, planning for retirement, caring for our parents and passing on the legacy they created. My brother an I are not in Williamsport, yet every call and conversation with Marshall, Parker felt as if you were part of our family. Thank you.

Marshall, Parker & Weber provide a wonderful service for our residents at The Williamsport Home Apartments! We greatly appreciate the bus transportation to The Williamsport Symphony Concert Series. With this service, our residents can still enjoy the musical entertainment that is offered in Williamsport! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to the staff!

I feel Elizabeth White took advantage of my mother-in-law. Collected all the fees upfront and did not perform services. Support staff would not call back or let us have any information at the time of my mother-in-law's funeral. I have never had such an awful experience with any person or firm in my entire life.

I am the trustee for my mother's irrevocable grantor trust. I had a lot of questions during the sale of the property within the trust. Heather Kohler was an amazing help during that time. She did her best to answer my questions promptly. I trust her to do the best for her clients. As a caseworker, she represents the firm in a very positive way. Thank you.

My experience with the Marshall, Parker & Weber Law Firm was positive. Mr. Parker and entire staff helped me and my mother out tremendously. I was not able to take care of my mother's financial responsibility without the help of the firm. Mr. Parker helped me with the process of becoming Power of Attorney. My experience, I would recommend the firm in the future.

This law firm claims to be specialists in representing the elderly and protecting their interests. The truth of the matter is, they act as bullies to families and at least in our case, took advantage of the very people they're supposed to protect.

We were referred to them as "The best in Elder Law" after my father passed away from cancer. They created a Trust for the family to protect the assets my father and mother had worked their entire lives to accumulate.

When some of our own family situations changed, it became necessary to modify the Trust. The work they did was 'boiler plate', and their paralegal even admitted so on the phone. The trouble with 'boiler plate', is that it doesn't always fit every scenario. When this error was found, the firm tried to blame it on us for 'approving the drafts' sent to the family. Well, if we knew all of the legal nuances, we wouldn't need an attorney, would we?

I called to talk to them about changing a sentence, and the conversation went down hill. They also wanted to charge additional money for a mistake they admittedly made by using generic language. A few days later, a letter was sent to my mother, saying they would no longer talk to myself or my sister (despite us both having full Power of Attorney).

So now, an 'Elder Care' Law firm is telling an 83 year old widow, that they will only talk to her, and not her children. She was so upset, she was crying on the phone not knowing what to do. Several certified letters, emails & phone calls later, there has still been no response to my sister or I, but they continue to print out the emails or copy the letters, and send them to our mother.

This is unconscionable to take advantage of an elderly person like this. As of this review, they have done nothing to rectify the situation, despite having already been paid almost $9,000.00. Our next step is filing a complaint with the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Be very careful when considering this law firm.
