I had a custody case in NYS. Attorney Mucci and his legal assistant, Brittnee are amazing. They helped me with filings and coming to an agreement between the father and I. They helped with legal strategy that benefits my child most of all. I am so grateful to them and their dedication. Attorney Mucci is a bit brisk however he has to be at times and had talked me down about my case. They are wonderful and as much as I hope to not have to work with them again, I will in a heartbeat. Mike Mucci is brilliant. I paid $1,000 for pre-trial on four traffic tickets, one a misdemeanor, and I ended up with only $400 in fines, and 2 points on my license. The funny thing is that Mike Mucci only negotiated for all of five minutes. These guys are famed in Binghamton for massacring the prosecution in court! They are fair in their pricing, and they are in it to win it.
