I had a horrible experience here with this attorney. “Attorney” Hinrich was not only late for court on top was not prepared. I tried calling him since my name was being called he would not answer worse feeling didn’t accomplish what he said will happen I was under impression everything will be done at the prelim but no now he says money money to continue your case. Stay far away from here they don’t care.

Research Research!! I went for a consultation regarding my nephews drug case not happy at all with what was said how he will handle the case. I was given more information on google than with this lawyer.

I cant say enough about how happy I am that I retained Attorney Palisery. I ended up in a tragic situation where I received a citation that had the potential penalty of a $2,500$ fine, up to 60 days house arrest, and a potential 1 year liscence suspension. I'm a professional and a mother and that would have been CATASTROPHIC to my career and life. The worst part was I was unquestionably guilty as can be. I was super nervous, scared, and uncertain of what was going to happen, or how it was going to happen since this is the first time I've ever had any issue besides a speeding ticket years ago. I contacted Palissery Hinrichs law office on a Sunday at 9 pm and received a phone call within 30 mins helping me with my case. I was given all the information I needed to help me throughout the process with just a phone call. We were able to show up at the office at our convenience as we were out of state and given the time we needed to solve our case. We had 2 court dates and Mark was prompt with both and kept us informed along the way. In the end Mark was able to get our case expunged. I can't thank Palissery Hinrichs enough for they dedication to our case. We are very grateful.

If you get any type of criminal charges in Luzern county you need to remember the name Palissery!
Finding a good attorney is very hard to do for even the most seasoned criminals and for those who've never delt with charges and the whole court process its almost impossible to know your getting a good attorney so please take it from me, if I was charged with a capitol offense and facing the death penalty I'm not putting my life in the hands of any attorney other than Nanda Palissery. He’s all the things that make a great attorney and not only is he a very high skilled mouthpiece but he also has the respect of the prosecution side and the judges; and if your a career criminal then you know how good it is to have an attorney who is not only respected by all of his clients but is also respected by his opponent's.
I'd like to end this with "no, I was not paid to write this review". I know it probably sounds like I'm a paid spokesman but the truth is I’ve been in an out of trouble my entire life; and I have personally seen the very dangerous and scary consequences that come with having a bad attorney! I've seen innocent men get put away for having a bad lawyer and I've seen tons of guys get mistreated and railroaded for having a bad lawyer. Most people don't realize how crooked our justice system is and because of that crookedness if you don't have a good attorney like Palissery then you can easily be found guilty of something you didn't do or get 10 to 20yrs for a charge that you should of got 4 to 8yrs - it happens all the time an in every courtroom in our country.

Not a good attorney. I needed help with my legal problems and I didn't feel this place had my best interest. I did not retain this firm just wanted to share my experience.

You can call or walk in to palissery law offices, and you will always be treated with respect from the receptionist who is very nice and caring, to Nanda who is hands-down the best attorney in this area who will fight for you and fight for you and fight for you. And if you're reading this review it's because you maybe in need of help or some guidance he is definitely the right man and I I strongly suggest you giving him a call

Communication was lacking. Questions and concerns went completely ignored. Extremely rude, condescending, & unprofessional. He spoke over me all the time and I honestly feel that he was not listening to me at all. I've dealt with lawyers before and none were as rude and "annoyed" by my asking simple questions or asking for clarification like he did.

I was represented by this lawyer, I paid $5000, and what I did was lose my family's money, he just seeks cooperation agreements, and tells you false promises. It felt like a prelim was for nothing because thats what he did nothing!!!If you're looking for an honest lawyer, definitely do NOT go here. Save you money and time.
