I am writing this review on behalf of myself and my boyfriend , who has fallen into the legal system because of addiction not being a illness but rather a life of judgement and punishment through the courts.
Hiring an attorney at first seemed unnecessary.We thought a public defender would suffice . The encounter with the public defender left us with the thought “ whose side are you on ? So I scrambled in desperation to obtain a criminal defense attorney to represent my boyfriend . Someone to give us some hope .
I inquired multiple attorneys for help . Needless to say i felt more lost and confused the more phone calls I made .By chance I came across an attorney who referred us to Attorney James Barr. James Barr was a beacon of hope at a time when options seemed limited .
He was diligent in his work and stood by his word . He returned every call I made and answered every question we had ( believe me there were alot . )He is outstanding in the fact that he does not stand in righteousness but rather in what he can do for you and what results you want . He was upfront and sugar coated nothing.

He is pompous and rude and more concerned with money than trying to win your case. I would recommend finding another attorney.
