When I first met with Attorney O’Malley for a consult, I was really struggling and needed help with making simple decisions. I’m so grateful I ended up in his office that day because he has looked out for me from the start. He did more for me in one month than my previous attorney did in one year. Thanks to mr.o’malley and his team I was able to get my divorce finalized in a timely manner even with the most difficult exspouse there is out there. Mr. O’malley and one of his ppl Jessica where always there for any questions that I needed answers too. Always there when you needed them. Retained this law firm for a INHERITANCE case, paid the RETAINER FEE of $1,000. Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months. Called many times and was told "the attorney will call you tomorrow, NEVER did. Six months later a different attorney CONTACTED me. AVOID O'Malley Law Offices.

John Todd Omalley was completely useless I did everything he told me to do then turns around and tells my ex’s lawyer he never said to it. Then ignores my phone calls/emails for 5 weeks then expects me to pay a bill for him excepting calls to my ex’s lawyer yeah not happening he is totally useless!!!

1. He changed the fee of consultation (He confirmed on phone 250$/hr and also emailed the fee details) after I made a visit to his office and stayed for an hour, he changed it to 500$/hr

2. Was impossible to reach.The secretaries kept saying I'd get a call back for almost a week, and I never got calls back.

Unprofessional and unreliable.
Waste of the time.
Not worth any money I have paid.

Don't use this lawyer he takes ur money and doesn't do what the client want he is just an agree lawyer I fired him before he ever stepped in the court room he is afraid of the higher courts I've paid this guy over 2,000 dollars he never stepped in the court room and he told me that me and my girlfriend can raise a 17 month old baby and a 16 Year old but weren't ready to get custody back from my mother of our 4 year old son so he told us it's ok to have full custody of two children but not the third child
