I have dealt with a few attorneys in our area since I'm a lifetime resident of the community and my mother had chosen to deal with this form because of her ex fiancee, the accident which is involved in this particular case is just about on 4 yrs now. She never hears anything from them without her calling for an update which originally I believe she was told would be resolved approximately 2 yrs ago but I honestly don't see a resolution before she is either permanently in a nursing facility or even worse. I have never heard or seen a case that has not gone to trial take half a decade but that's exactly where this is headed....I would not have chosen this firm if it was my choice..
