Jared was my attorney for a real estate deal where I was the seller. Jared was very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the deal. There was a point in the process that I was prepared to walk away from the sale due to my lack of experience with the real estate process. This attorney was not of much help to me as a buyer in a real estate transaction. The information he gave me turned out to be false and caused for a really messy situation. I lost the purchase of the home and now I stand to lose my deposit as well. In the end this lawyer did not defend my interest or position well. At times it seemed like he was siding with the sellers attorney. He has some basic knowledge of real estate but not what you'd expect from an experienced attorney. If you want a strong attorney who will fight hard to ensure the contract is upheld then this is not your guy. Jared is fairly timid and caves to the pressure of other attorneys and parties involved.

I’m so glad we hired Jared as our attorney for a recent close on our new home. Jared and his paralegal Lori were super supportive in just the way an attorney’s office needs to be through a long and sometimes challenging close. Always very responsive, they got back to us right away with our emailed questions and were available for spontaneous calls. We appreciate how he and Lori were proactive in making sure we had our act together to keep things moving forward.
