During a recent hospitalization, my wife and I suspected that she had received an overdose of a powerful and potentially toxic drug. A drug so powerful that too much of it can be lethal. A Toxicology Report confirmed there was almost 3 times the critical therapeutic value in her bloodstream where the drug first becomes potentially toxic. I contacted various law firms and discussed a potential medical malpractice case with a few different lawyers, but I experienced great difficulty with getting a lawyer to accept my wife's case. Although I very likely did a poor job of articulating the medical details of the case to the lawyers I spoke with (I'm not a medical professional and neither are the lawyers I spoke with) none of those law firms - with the sole exception of Mr Fisher's office - had a medical expert review my wife's medical records and then had the expert render an opinion to the lawyer regarding the merits of the case. When I was told that was how Mr Fisher would decide whether or not to accept my wife's case, it was at that point that I knew I had found the right attorney. I would without any hesitation highly recommend Mr Fisher to anyone!

My husband passed away suddenly in November 2011. I was 38 with 6yr old twins. Not exactly something you would think would ever happen to you. I know I did not. I attended John's "Jury Project" seminar yesterday, Tuesday March 31, 2015 and it was great! I completely enjoyed the presentation he put on for us, which was all about the different factors that influence a jury's decision at the time of trial. He and another lawyer introduced a case to a jury and then let them deliberate on who was at fault in the case being presented. It was very interesting to be able to see what points the jury focused on and how their different points of view affected one another. It was also impressive to see, how their opinions were influenced by the language that was used by each lawyer during the mock trial. I am definitely looking forward to attending another of John's seminar in the future.
