I have been hurt twice while I was working. The first time I switched attorneys and settled on another which lead to a meager bs settlement, case closed. Now this time I went to the phone book and picked the pretty ad for a different firm, what a mistake, they could not be bothered to come to the phone most of the time, did not return phone calls, voicemail all the time, but they did have a pretty secretary to go with the nice ad.
