The team was extremely helpful. They kept us informed and up to date about everything that was going on and checked on me and my family on a regular basis to make sure we were ok. We are extremely pleased.

Using them for the first time and I have to say I'm very impressed with the level of service I'm receiving. Their very thorough and everyone I've had contact with has been very professional. Would definitely recommend.

I recommend Carter Mario. They jumped on my case and took away all the hassle of dealing with the insurance company. That in itself was worth going to them. They helped me get treatment and get better. At the end of the case I was amazed at how much more I received vs. what the insurance company tried to settle with me personally.

Take my advice, NEVER deal with the insurance company alone. Always get a lawyer and from my experience, that should be Carter Mario and his staff.

I feel that they settled my case too fast. Especially with the injuries I suffered. I feel like they were'nt interested in fighting for me. 5hey were interested in making a quick buck for themselves. Very disappointed in them. I am still in pain and will be for the rest of my life. I hope that feels good for them.

I found everyone at Carter Mario to be extremely professional. However, beyond that they actually care about their clients. Not just the outcome of their case but, their physical wellbeing as well. Can not recommend them enough.
