Attorney Joseph DiMauro provided my parents and I, with a very professional estate planning experience. He was honest, organized, patient and extremely helpful. He was very easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions and simplified everything to make it easy for us to understand. He also responded very quickly to my e-mails, which was a huge plus! We found his fees to be very reasonable for the services we received. We would have done this sooner had we known it would be this easy. Great experience. Joseph DiMauro was a pleasure to work with and he made compiling and filing out Will, Living Will, and Trust a breeze. He is quick to respond to any and all questions and was very accommodating with schedules. The form provided prior to meeting made putting together the documents incredibly easy and he was very patient and thorough in answering any questions we had. Once everything was submitted, he kept in contact and made sure we had copies of everything that had been documented. I'm sure this will not be the last time we work together.

Joe DiMauro was very helpful and knowledgeable

He overcharged for the work he did and the work was unnecessary. He did not acquire necessary EIN numbers for trusts. He incorrectly name a special needs trust missing the person's last name. He also failed to file a replacement trust document which he billed extra for.
