Great lawyer with great prices.

Charged me $1000 a motion to change visitation I later found out I could’ve done myself. Told me it would look better if it was on their legal letterhead rather than “lined paper”. Found out later I didn’t need Atty. Bauer in court with me either and she ignored me in court and was rude.Charged me $1000 for the little she did and when I later questioned the
fee , Her office assistant who up until then had been fairly nice Started getting defensive and mean.

Poor advocate. Waste of money. Regrets. Was led to feel confident upfront that we could be taken care of, but spineless, swayed representation in court resulted in sad loses for my kid that could have been much better fought.

I hired Renee to represent me in my recent divorce. Renee and her staff were extremely patient and compassionate when answering my questions regarding every step of the process. Every email and question were answered in a timely manner, usually within 30 minutes, even outside of regular office hours. Leslie's patience and guidance in regard to the financial paperwork was invaluable. Hey everyone I hope my honest review serves everyone well. I was represented by Megan McGrath last year and been wanting to do a review after everything settled down after my case. Meghan is an absolute Pro ( almost god like) in this field. Not only did she fight for what I wanted and listened to all of my concerns, she knew what to do and how to accomplish the situation in the court house right from when we first met.

One thing I have to tell anyone reading this review is you " HAVE TO PUT YOUR EMOTIONS AND PERSONAL ISSUES WITH THE OTHER PARTY ASIDE " . No one cares about how you feel about the other person. In my case everyone was only looking for was was best for my son (the judge, my lawyer and everyone else involved ) so take note of that and leave your personal issues somewhere else, not the court room. All it will do is prolong the process and cost money for no reason

Prior to my case I had one of the worst settlement agreements in history because at the time the other party lied to me about a lot of things and I was foolish to sign without a lawyer. I thought because I was the father that she would get more anyways but that is not how it works. Maybe a long time ago the mother would get most of everything in her favor but from what I saw in the court room and with myself. They start at the middle and you would have to prove why it shouldn't be 50/50. keep note of that.

I have to admit I at one point let my emotions get the best of me and didn't listen to Meghans advice ,that ended up wasting a bit more time and money. But in the long run everything that she said was the best way moving forward.

You have to understand she does this on the daily so if she tells you
" hey I think this is what is best for the situation " You have to take her suggestion into serious serious consideration because she has experience with your topic.

It will be rare that she would take a case she hasn't heard of before from listening to her past experiences on our one on ones. But no matter what even if you don't agree, of course she will do everything in her power to fight for what you believe in as she did with me

As far as the case went, we won by settlement. I got EVERYTHING and more from my case. 50/50 custody and my son is so so so so happy with the result. I owe my life to Megan because without her none of this would be possible. The way she moves in the court room and writes up agreements right then and there (wasting no time) and also saving me money. I actually got a check back the next week my case was ended with the remaining funds that were left over.

Also their office is amazing and very very friendly staff . It feels like home walking in.

Communication is always a priority for them too. I get my answers well under 24 hours via email and phone calls are always priority

Anyways I hope this helps any Father out there that believes his rights were violated. Bauer Law group is the way to go.

I was represented by Megan McGrath, who gladly took my $5,000 retainer and promised to help me. We got to court and she was preoccupied with another case, pushed me to quickly hand my ex the shared custody he sought, did not listen to my protests against the schedule and the hardships it would cause, did very little to even respond to my concerns as my ex proceeded to make life a living hell for me and my son, and was glad to sever the attorney client relationship when my money ran out (she charged steeply for each email, which she accomplished nothing through). Terrible attorney who should absolutely be disbarred. She is a charlatan and a complete waste of money. Do not trust her with your dog, let alone your family law needs. Hopefully she never faces the hell she has put clients through with her own family.

Bauer Law Group was incredible to me through everything. Both Megan and Renee were fantastic attorneys on my behalf, and Shannon and Leslie offered all the support and help I needed with financials and details. I remember walking in for my first meeting so scared and overwhelmed, yet when I walked out, I felt much more prepared to face what was ahead and equipped with all the information and power I needed.
