A Good word of recommendation is always the ultimate key to a firms success. Unfortunately i cant say that about matthew paradisi he has very poor communication skills, like stated in some of the other reviews. And there is alot of repetition in the legal world. So dont get ahead of yourself. From a professional point all clients are important not just selective ones. #METOO! This firm was horrible. I had a sexual harasment case where my name was smeared I was lied on by a male staff to not only students, and fired for making a complaint. I did all my own writing and footwork, all Cicchiello firm did was file the papers I wrote, the evidence, statements I gathered. Then turned around and told me no jury in CT would side with me. Even though I won my case with the CHRO as well. You have to watch out for CT lawyers. They are notorious for selling clients out for big companies or for friends. The company I sued was nationwide, I should have received way more than I did, but I was a single mother without many financial options. This firmed made it hard for me to choose, even though they represented me. They are HORRIBLE. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

I was being treated very poorly by my employer after injuring myself at work. I filled out an inquiry online and made an appointment. I went to Cicchiello & Cicchiello and after the lawyer listened to me about everything I went through, she directed me to the right lawyer in her firm to handle my case, on Contingency. My lawyer did not ask for any money at all for the duration of my case. It wasn't until he won a settlement, that he will take a percentage of the money. A small percentage and well worth it for everything my lawyer, Alex, did for me. He was amazing. He explained everything to me, he continuously answered any calls, emails and any questions I had. My case took about a year to settle, and he was still as strong willed and inspirational through the whole process.

I signed a retainer, informed them of the date of my hearing, and was told I don't have to go to my hearing as they will "take care of everything" and either go in my place or postpone it. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I called to find out what happened and was told "I dont know what happened, I'm gunna email you some info." "What info?" "We don't want to represent you." If you're looking for lawyers with terrible communication, and wont show up to your hearings after claiming they'll handle everything, they're the best!

After 2 1/2 years waiting for a settlement for wrongful termination I was truly disappointed.

I hired this firm after a horrible car accident in which I was rear ended. This was my first experience with law suits and this firm always took the time out to speak with me even if my questions were repetitive. The attorneys and paralegals were always on hand to answer any of my questions regarding my case via telephone or email (which was very convenient). At the end of the case, Manny was able to settle for a HIGHER amount than I ever expected! I was very pleased with Manny's hard work regarding my case and I would recommend Manny and this firm to anyone I know!

I used this firm a while back and they were terrible for my case. I met with Manny and he promised the moon and the stars and once I gave him the case, He didn't answer his phone and stood me up for scheduled appointments. I have used attorneys a few times in my life and this was the worst experience that I had. They are a factory. The want to sign you on and turn over as many cases as possible.

I didn't want to settle a case and shouldn't have and they pressured me to, although it is supposed to be the clients full decision. I had appointments with them and waited an hour or more and as I mentioned two times they never showed up at all and I sat in the office waiting a very long time. No one should be treated like this. Absolutely terrible service. I would never use them again. I really wish that I had done more research before going to them and the only way that the people are going to know is to review them and let other people avoid the mistake that I made. it was a very bad experience.
