In the beginning it was a little Shakey, wasn't sure it was really happening or what exactly the outcome would really be, but as it neared the end. The attorney I was assigned was very confident which allowed me to relax and my guard down and just be honest and show integrety. Ask for attorney S.S. didn't know him for to long so didn't remember the name exactly, but those are his initials. Morgan, Jessica, and Theresa were all great helps too.

My experience with McCoy & McCoy was not your typical experience. I had lost my wallet outside of their building. However, I was so blessed to have it found by a member of their ineradicable staff who went out of her way to return my lost belongings! It just goes to show they are not only passionate and dedicated to there clients but to every person. Thank you again so very much!

I fell at work due to negligence of the building and called McCoy & McCoy for help. Jessica took on my case informing me not to speak to the building or anyone else about this issue. The building had offered to pay my medical bills, but I fear I may have permanent injuries which medical bills alone cannot compensate for, not to mention my pain and suffering for months due to the buildings negligence. Jessica kept pressuring me to see more doctors and make more appointments, but after I consulted with my doctor I was informed that doing exersizes at home would be as good as physical therapy and that it will take some time before everything fully heals, if it does. After this months went by where I did e-mailed and called Jessica, as well as her associate Taylor. Nobody returned my calls and never got an e-mail reply from Jessica.
After writing this I got a call back explaining there were some staffing issues the past few months and apologizing for the lack of communication. I do hope as things progress I get better communication. Even a simple reply to my e-mail would have been appreciated.
