I hired Kevin C. Ferry for a case that not everybody would work on. He was so open and respectful. He could understand my stressful situation. I had a very nice experience with his firm. Friendly staff, Attorney explains everything thiroughly

Kevin and his entire staff (Monique, Cara, Virgen and Olivia) were incredible to work with. I have heard prior horror stories from friends regarding "dealing with" lawyers, and that generalization and stigma certainly don't apply to this firm. I was apprehensive at first, but my fears dissipated after my first meeting.

From day one, Kevin was very upfront regarding the case and was also extremely informative, especially towards someone who is entirely clueless when it comes to legal matters. His and his firm's main concern was my health and recovery, which was extremely comforting and eye-opening. Looking back on it, everything that I was told on the first day came to fruition. Based on friends' prior experiences, they always spoke about a disconnect between them and their lawyers, but this wasn't the case with Kevin and his team at all.

This is a firm that excels in communication to their clients, and never leaves you wondering what's going on. Decisions weren't made on their own, but instead were communicated and openly discussed. Have a question? This group will answer during their off hours, during all times of the day or night. What more could you ask for? They have a genuine care for you as a client, and Kevin is a lawyer with an incredible personality and who certainly knows his stuff.

I could not recommend Kevin and his team enough. If I have any family members or friends that need a lawyer, Kevin Ferry will be the first name that comes out of my mouth.

I cannot speak for Kevin, as I did not work with him, but Monique Foley of his firm was a compassionate and understanding individual. I wish we fought a little harder to set a clear record on the incidents which transpired, but sometimes the easy way is the only option when you're young and lacking financial resources. I'm certain if I were a more financially endowed individual we could have taken a longer and more arduous approach and been even more successful than we were. Such is the nature of law, it seems.

Regardless, Monique Foley has my recommendation for representation in any small claim, criminal, or personal injury case. With a few more years of practice I'm sure she will go on to be partner or found a firm of her own. They will be fair if you are of modest means, but be sure to be clear about your financial limitations up front.

Edit: As others have mentioned, they do work in other fees in beyond their retainer - but they are disclosed in their contract. This is common in most legal practices, but as I mentioned before, be clear about your financial situation up front and if you cannot afford them - they can certainly direct you to local legal aide, ACLU, or other resources.
