Harassed me through email and included swears in what was supposed to be official "first-class mail". Would not recommend his services to anyone.

Unethical lawer he will tell you how good he is and how he can help with your case but once he gets a retainer from you he does nothing for you his story changes he will lie to you he is a good actor but not a good lawyer he will in simple terms basically steal your money and will ask for more when he hasn't even done any work on your case, these positive comments on here must be from his relatives or friends, I was a client and i have personally seen the real side of the crookedness of this so called lawyer I terminated him from my case went to a new lawyer and they couldn't believe the amount of money and the mess that was paid to him and the poor legal service he provided , I'm not the first person to be a victim of his shady business technics I see on the comments, do your homework people and research to find a good lawyer u will get no where with him

I called attorney Eliot’s office enquiring about some legal advice. He made an appointment for me to come see him. I changed my mind and didn’t need him after all. Imagine my surprise when he sent me a bill in the mail for our phone conversation. My bill was over $200. I think this is unbelievable. A person from his office called me and hounded me about making payments on this bill. I could hear him in the background yelling that he gave me advice and I better pay him. He sounded like a money hungry lawyer. I am not paying him. He sounds crazy

He is a bad guy I gave retainer of 3750 then 4 day later he wanted more money I met for first time he tells you what you want to hear makes it sound good then shakes you down for more money few days later he is a thief doesn't remember things you tell him will lie to your face lost my case in court because he must have dementia he can't even manage his properties he had in town lost them all to the bank this was told to me by past tenent in the plaza beware of this con artist he should be a magician he will make your money disappear and smile

Over priced big shot lawyers in NY don't even charge what he does, your $3750.00 retainer will be used up as soon as you drop it off, a few days later you'll be getting a call for more money needed, he is like a shady car salesman does nothing for you talks a lot but no action, all he wants is money, has very creative billing, he is a washed up lawyer, I made a huge mistake going to him and using him as my lawyer needs I'll be filing a malpractice suit against him, staff is nice feel sorry for them seems like they have a revolving door on secretaries and paralegals, even they don't stick around, don't waste your time using his services.
