Jerry Smith is the laziest attorney I’ve ever come across.. three months trying to close on a property, with owner financing. No no banks involved. Three months of his screwing off, when all that needed to be done was a contract filled out and signed, some forms filled out and that’s it. Meanwhile I’m losing thousands while my business sits in limbo waiting to close for THREE MONTHS! I get an email today from my attorney telling me Jerry is just now about to file the needed paperwork for DEEP, and that he’s not sure if that’s all that’s needed. How did it take this long to figure that out or file that paperwork, with both myself and my attorney contacting him daily since the beginning and expressing this needed to be a quick close. My girlfriend called a few weeks ago to try and help speed things up after seeing my growing frustrations and Jerry was a rude prick to her. It should have taken no more than a week maybe two for this deal to close. I’ve spent close to $20k in overhead while waiting for this guy to do his job. Now I have to take legal action against him to recoupe the money I’ve lost. Wonder how the seller feels about his own attorney delaying him a sale so long.

I have used this firm for years. I have hired Chuck Norris for a work injury, and also Paul Chinigo. I would recommend this office and in particular Chuck Norris and Paul Chinigo for anything you need.

The WORST attorney in the entire world is Charles Norris! Hands down.
